  YOU WILL NEED AN ACTIVE CARRD ACCOUNT   (basic/pro) to receive your Carrd. Please see the Carrd Plans section for a more in-depth explanation on Carrd plans and what will/will not work between each one.

  PLEASE HAVE MOST/ALL OF YOUR ASSETS READY   (ex. RP lore/dossier info, logos, staff descriptions, menu, other services, etc.) It would be highly appreciated if you were to send me your assets in either a folder or a Google drive. In the case that I need more information/assets, I will let you know. The more info I have from you from the beginning, the less I will have to bug you mid-project, and the less it will cut into your time and my time.

  TEXTURES   used to make your background/flairs will be obtained from free stock photography and royalty-free stock media websites.

  NOT ALL SITES WILL BE MOBILE FRIENDLY!   The more complex your carrd will be, the less mobile friendly it will be. This is especially true given the limitations within Carrd itself, along with the plan you have. I will do my best (and it usually works out), but will of course let you know as well.

  ALL SITES WILL CREDIT ME   and link back to this carrd,  to which you will not remove. 

  STYLE GUIDES   for your Carrd will also be provided at the end. This is especially handy if you want to make changes/add things on your own and want to upkeep design consistency.

  THE TIMELINE   for me to finish the project ranges from 1 week to 2 months. If it ever takes longer, it's most likely due to other elements taking up my time (eg. work, raids, health, etc). If that ever happens, just know that I WILL finish the project, no matter what.

  I SPECIALIZE IN EASTERN THEMES   but I'm always willing to experiment! Keep in mind that if I do take on a theme outside of my comfort zone, it will take me a bit longer to finish as I'm learning while I work on it.

  IF YOU WANT A CERTAIN THEME   that needs items unobtainable by gil (eg. Fool's Threshold windows obtained from Doman Enclave), please ensure that you have access to those items, or are working on obtaining them.

  THE MORE DETAILS YOU WANT,   the more we have to block off an entire floor, or parts of the house to compensate for more slots.

  FOR PRIVATE CHAMBERS,   you MUST be using Dalamud. The process requires teamwork closer to the end.   You will need the MakePlace plugin to receive the build,   and I will walk you through the entire process (it's super easy!) Due to the MakePlace app having differences in lighting and colors, adjustments will most likely be made after I see the build in-game. This is where the teamwork comes into play: you will have to help me with the adjustments (eg. a dye is off and I get you to redye it to another color for me).

  FOR FC/PERSONAL HOUSES,   I will need to insert my Lvl1 Sprout alt into your FC/become a tenant in your personal house, and will also need to be given permission to place furnishings within the house.

  EXPENSES FOR FURNITURE   are NOT included in base rates.   Please be ready to provide funds.

  ALL FULL BODY SHOTS   will be in   neutral poses   for clarity, and also to optimize on space within the sheet itself.

  GLOWY WEAPONS   will NOT be perfect! Depending on the FX, they can be difficult and/or tedious to clean up. I will use my magic to make it look good but don't expect it to look 1:1 to what you see in game.

  WHEN THE SHEET IS DONE   and is ready for review, you will receive a slightly blurred version with my watermark on top. After revisions (if any), and after your approval, I will send the sheet to you proper.

  FOR SMALL SHEETS,   you will get ONE round of revision. Additional revisions will be charged, at   1,000,000 Gil   per extra round.
Examples of acceptable revision requests include: Changing a face expression, changing an accessory/weapon.
