  I OFFER   both Gil and IRL money (USD) rates. For Gil payments, I will meet with you in-game (Primal DC) or put up a mannequin in my home for you. If you're not from the NA datacenters, I will meet you in OCE. IRL money payments will be done mainly through Paypal with invoices, and sometimes Kofi when appropriate.

  LISTED RATES   are the base rates. The rates for your project may increase depending on complexity, add-ons, etc. All project needs must be discussed with me before payment is made.

  PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL.   If there are any aggressive, discourteous and inappropriate behavior towards me at any time during the process, I will remove you from my queues/cancel the commission. If you've already paid, and with IRL money, I will refund you 50% of your total payment and keep the other half, since at that point the work has already been started. If you paid in gil, you will meet with me in-game ASAP to receive the 50% refund. Do cooperate for this as I am being kind enough to meet you in-game to refund you—if you refuse to cooperate, then I will just keep the full gil amount. After refunds have been made, I will ban you from my servers, block you, and refuse all future inquiries/commissions from you.

I am happy to answer anything in DMs, but I genuinely implore you to use the ticket system first so that all comm-related things are kept in one spot for me and don't get lost amongst DMs from many, many, other people.

  IF YOU NO LONGER   want to commission me, that's okay! Please let me know so that I can take you off my list and/or give your slot to someone else!

  ALL COMMISSIONS   are for personal use only. Commissioners are permitted to post the work on their own social medias, share with friends, etc., as long as it is for personal enjoyment.

  WHEN APPLICATION FORMS OPEN,   and you successfully claim a slot, you will be put on a waitlist. This waitlist will be closed after reaching a certain number, and will only reopen when I've gotten through a good chunk of my workorders.

  AFTER CLAIMING A SLOT,   I will send you an Info & Assets Form to fill out. You will not be added to the Workorder Queue until after that form is completed and sent back to me, because keeping me waiting and making me chase after you for assets and information that should've been provided before I was ready for you is absolutely unfair to me and very much disrespectful to my time. So please do your due diligence and make sure you fill out the form in a timely manner!

  THE TIME IT'LL TAKE TO GET TO YOU   is undetermined and can range anywhere between 1-8 months depending on your position in the Workorder Queue. There is A LOT of people in queue and I am doing my best to get through everyone. I WILL get to you, so please be patient! Thank you for your understanding!

  THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR EACH PROJECT   is roughly 2-9 days from project start time. It also depends on the project type, and also granted you are available to answer any questions I may have during the project. The sooner you answer my DMs, the faster I can finish your project.

  YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO NOTICES FROM ME.   The first one will be sent when there are 2 people ahead of you (roughly 1 month before I'm actually ready for you) to reconfirm your project with you, and if necessary, to update your Info & Assets Form. If you do not reply to this first notice within 3 days, you will be removed from the queue. After confirmation, the second notice will be sent when your turn is next, and payment must be made before I start.

  IF YOU'VE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE QUEUE,   you will unfortunately have to wait for either new slots OR the waitlist to open again, and try to claim a spot when they do reopen. I am typically fully booked for the entire calendar year, so both slots and waitlists will only open once a year each. So if you've managed to snag a slot, it would be in your best interest to NOT get yourself removed unless you want to wait 1-2 years!

  YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WIP UPDATES.   Treat this sort of like a SKEB. My workflow is NOT the kind where I am checking in with you and getting approval at every step/section/etc. Instead, using the information you have provided to me, I will work on the project and present the finished product for review, and then adjust where needed. Gposes are the exception—you are receiving the final product and no revisions will be offered unless for some reason I used a broken MCDF file and it completely slipped past me. Overall, this is my workflow for my IRL job as a UI Artist, is the most comfortable for me, and will save on a lot of my time so that I can efficiently get to everyone's requests. This workflow will not change whatsoever.

  PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH ME!   Despite all the services I offer, I am only one person. I will do my best to get to everyone and deliver in a timely manner, but keep in mind that just like most people, I have a full time job, and IRL obligations. In-game, I run my own static for high-end raiding 3 times a week, and I also run a venue on weekends. With all of those obligations in mind, pretty much all of my free time is spent working on comms. I like to take 3-5 day breaks in between each project as well, so that I don't get burnt out.

  I STREAM MY WORK.   With your permission, I'll be streaming my process with your project for those that want to watch, and also answer any questions to those that want to learn. Backseating me while I work on your project is NOT allowed.

  YOU WILL NEED AN ACTIVE CARRD ACCOUNT   to receive your Carrd. Please see the Carrd Plans section on the right side for a more in-depth explanation on Carrd plans and what will/will not work between each one.

  MCDF/CHARA FILES   are required and must be sent to me so that I can take pictures for your banners, accent images, etc.

  ASSETS   used to make your background/flairs/etc will be obtained from stock media websites with my own premium subscriptions. Adjustments will be made to them by me via Adobe programs to better suit your Carrd. Sometimes I'll make the assets myself if I feel it fits the needs better.

  I WILL NOT DO ANY LOGO WORK.   I generally dislike logo work but if all you want is a simple text/icon logo, you can try and convince me. It won't be for free though.

  YOUR SITE WILL BE AS MOBILE FRIENDLY AS CAN BE.   The more complex your carrd will be, the less mobile friendly it will be. This is especially true given the limitations within Carrd itself, along with the plan you have. I will do my best (and it usually works out) to optimize for mobile as much as possible, but will of course let you know as well if there are any hitches.

  ALL SITES WILL CREDIT ME   and link back to this carrd, to which you will not remove.
